This final session will be a celebration of your Life Edit and the opportunity for you to invite your chosen guests to celebrate through the sharing of your journey in whatever way you choose.
Recognising the Changes. Embracing new opportunities.
When you create changes in how you see yourself, how others see you a whole new range of possibilities are available. In this session you visualise your present and your future then create a plan of what it is you want to achieve and together we create the milestones to achieve it.
What does the new you look like? Creating partnership between your conscious choices and sub conscious drivers.
Negotiating and achieving agreement between your conscious and subconscious mind supports you in establishing change that is lasting and ensures that the results you have been working towards are long lived. In this session we work with both parts to create agreement and your ongoing success.
Establishing personal control through your unique boundaries and self-care tool kit.
Often the patterns you have inherited from the past have included ones that have diminished your personal power and sense of self. As you break free from the past and reclaim your power and identity, making choices and putting boundaries in place support your newfound sense of self and make it possible for you to Evolve into your updated sense of self. In this session we explore boundaries, and you get to choose where and when you place yours together with your very own tool kit to keep them in place.
Cutting and reworking your past using transformative Life Editing tools.
Many of the decisions you made about yourself were made in your formative years before you were 5. Often these dictate how you live your life right now. Using techniques to update your subconscious beliefs about yourself you will find that you experience a greater sense of freedom, fulfilment, and happiness here in the present.
What’s stopping me? Understanding the repetitive behaviour patterns that stop you and interrupting them.
When you understand where your patterns of behaviour come from it makes it easier for you to interrupt them. Using specific tools and tasks, you will learn ways to Edit, interrupt and reboot the patterns from your past and find ways to support you achieving what it is that is that matters most to you.
Who am I? Who do I want to be? Time to discover what stops you and what drives you. Create clarity around your values and what’s important to you. Choose what you’d really like to achieve.
As you experience both values and personality profiling tools you will become clear about the underlying beliefs you have about yourself and how these impact on the choices you make. Having this knowledge will make it easier for you to understand yourself then take a step back to make informed choices about the results you are wanting to achieve through the process of Editing your Life.
Where are you right now? During this live teach session you will be guided using specially devised tools to identify your current position, strengths, and areas for growth.
This session is the beginning of your opportunity to embrace the first pillar of the Life Editing process, as you Explore then evaluate where you are in your life in the present at this moment. The tools, drawn from a range of therapeutic modalities, will enable you to identify where you are, which areas of your life are working really well, and which are not as you would like them to be. This baseline will not only give you the starting point of your Life Edit it will also give you a place to recognise your growth from during the programme.
The opportunity to spend time with me, those sharing this Life Editing space with you, orientating you into the programme and asking any questions that you may have.
This is a vital connection and will enable you to go deeper and get so much more from each session. It will enable you to connect far better with the other people on the programme, meaning that you will get better results overall.
