I’m passionate about the power of the mind and how the stories that we tell ourselves create our identity and our lives.
My first experience of hypnotherapy was over 20 years ago when I was searching for a way to understand why I was doing the things I was and how I could do them differently. Mystified by the impact it had on me, I began my journey into hypnosis and my understanding of the power of the subconscious mind. Using this power in my work with clients, I have recognised how patterns of behaviour and responses of our bodies and minds to external and internal incidents have been instilled into these deep layers of our minds as ways to protect and sustain us, and how through hypnosis we can choose for things to be different.
With a background of over 30 years in education, I blend my love of teaching and learning together with the power of hypnosis here at the Life Edit Academy.
Training opportunities exist both face to face in our newly created training space and online through zoom, each providing fully comprehensive learning and accredited certification.
